 Lynnett S. Wesley has always been fascinated by people and organizations that make the greatest and longest lasting impact in the world. Over the years, she has discovered some remarkable patterns about how children think, act, and communicate and the environments in which children operate at their natural best. Lynnett is devoted to sharing her thinking in order to help other parents, leaders and organizations inspire action.

Entrepreneur, wife, mother, bonus mom, and full time government employee. As the Founder and CEO of We Need More, LLC, Lynnett has made it her life's mission to help create experiences for families.  Lynnett holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Morgan State University, and a Master's in Business Administration from The University of Maryland. She is also certified in Change Management from The University of Houston.
